Overview: Manager is responsible for IP DRG Audit review. Creating presentations, develop process manuals, handbook and other training materials.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree B.sc/M.Sc. Nursing/Diploma nursing preferableCertifications: CPC - Certified Professional, CCS - Certified Coding Specialist, CIC - Certified Inpatient CoderExperience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in medical coding and minimum of 5 years’ experience in IP DRG coding or auditing.Working Hours: 40 HOURS PER WEEK, FULL TIME EMPLOYEESkills and abilities:Understand the payer process of IP DRG. ; ; ; ; ; ;Auditing experience on IP DRG. ; ; ; ; ; ;Knowledge in Microsoft outlook/excel/word. ; ; ; ; ; ;Exposure on 3M software and NLP toolADDITIONAL AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide inputs and solutions to automatically recognize and extract data from medical documents for proper coding and to facilitate auditing.Prompt response to all the emails and requirements.Monitoring reporting SME work and providing appropriate feedback.Reporting to the manager as appropriate.Excellent project management skills, multi-tasking, training skills.Strong PC skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet-based programsExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience in Strategic managementPerform analysis of benchmarking.Research updated coding informationResearch coding issues that ariseMaintain knowledge of IP DRG coding and clinical concepts.Flexibility
