• Must haves:
  • Experience level: 5+ years
  • Strong Problem solving and Data Manipulation skills using SQL with Banking experience. Hands on experience in SQL is mandatory.
  • Good data management skills to Identify data sources, target systems and transformation logic required for integrations and migrations
  • Good stakeholder management skills: Collaborate with Business, data engineers and ETL developers to ensure accurate data movement between systems
  • Requirement Gathering: Analyze business and technical requirements to define data mapping needs
  • Understand Legacy system data structures, data models, and business rules to understand existing data relationships

• Other considerations:
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness through testing and reconciliation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mapping issues or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality guidelines
  • Good to have Rally, Sharepoint and Confluence experience

Graduate in Computer Science, or related field. 5-9 years of experience in data discovery or related field.
