Our Global Dealer Engagement team builds successful partnerships with our 9,500 dealers and helps them unlock their full potential and increase customer satisfaction. We focus on training and productivity, governance, customer sentiment, diversity, community, retail excellence, systems and process modernization, and rewards and recognition to help our dealers differentiate themselves from the competition and maximize their strengths.
What you'll do...
Design Coordination:
- Experiential Design Center of Excellence includes: all tangible elements designed for an in-store, branded experience. This may include spacial design, digital experience, food and beverage, Step into the Lifestyle display, merchandise, parts and accessories, aesthetic enhancements, educational or marketing materials, etc.
- Develop project brief in partnership with delivery team;
- Responsible for project timelines and resource deployment for on time/on budget delivery;
- Coordinate digital and environmental design for seamless integration;
- Design communication.
Design:
- Produce and coordinate design concepts, presentation material, technical solutions, mock-ups, FFE, brand, exhibit and artwork;
- Integration of design research and "Return On Experience";
- Liaison with external agencies, Ford business partners, GDE partners;
- Center of excellence for human-centered design and design research;
- Global retail design standards and guidelines including program-specific design intent documents.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Design, Research or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial design or design research
- 3+ years of experience working with large teams and multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of project experience in human experience design
Even better, you may have...
- Master’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited institution.
- Experience delivering design programs across global markets or large retail networks preferred

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
