Manager, Facilities Asset Management
The FAM oversees daily building operations while simultaneously leading upgrades and capital improvement projects. Ensure spaces are safe, compliant, and fully operational while managing the timelines, budgets, and vendors for facility renovations and expansions
Responsibilities
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily integrated facilities management (IFM), including hard services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing) and soft services (janitorial, landscaping).
Enforce workplace safety, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
Manage facility operations, ensuring swift resolution to daily maintenance issues.
Manage all lease matters pertaining to the company’s properties.
Project Management
Lead fit-out, Addition & Alteration (A&A), and infrastructure upgrade projects and other relevant projects delegated from management from conceptualization to execution.
Create project scopes, establish timelines, and manage budgets to prevent cost overruns.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors.
Vendor & Contract Management
Negotiate service contracts, evaluate vendor proposals, and handle procurement processes.
Monitor vendor KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality delivery.
Develop and manage both operational (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets.
Requirement
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in facilities management, asset management, or related fields.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
