Manager - Facility

1. Soft Services & Daily Workplace Operations
• Lead and manage daily operations of housekeeping, security, mailroom, pantry, and workplace support services to ensure a high-quality office environment.
• Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality assurance systems for smooth operational delivery.
• Ensure adequate manpower deployment, service delivery efficiency, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs by vendor teams.
• Maintain close coordination with the builder & facility management team for resolving building-related issues and day-to-day support.
• Regularly monitor premises for snags and ensure timely closure through concerned teams and vendors.
2. Vendor Management & Contract Governance
• Coordinate with vendor partners to evaluate performance, compliance, manpower adequacy, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Conduct statutory compliance audits for all third-party resources and oversee closure of direct and indirect compliance requirements on external compliance tools.
• Supporting procurement by leading contract negotiations, renewals, AMC finalizations, procurement of FM-related equipment, consumables, and service materials.
• Drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives across all administrative functions.
3. Compliance, ISO Standards & Audit Support
• Support the implementation of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards across facilities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including BSI audits, ensuring timely documentation, readiness, and closure of observations.
• Develop and maintain processes aligned with environmental compliance, safety guidelines, and sustainability goals.
4. Stakeholder Management & Business Support
• Act as a key liaison with internal business units to understand operational requirements and deliver workplace solutions that support business continuity.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a harmonious working environment and smooth execution of cross-functional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of business meetings, leadership visits, high-profile events, and employee engagement initiatives.

5. Sustainability & Go-Green Initiatives
• Identify, implement, and monitor eco-friendly best practices to reduce carbon footprints and enhance operational sustainability.
• Promote recycling, waste reduction, energy optimization, and environment-friendly workplace programs.
6. Logistics, Inventory & Administrative Governance
• Oversee logistics arrangements for business needs, including travel support, courier, asset management, and inventory control.
• Ensure strong documentation, MIS reporting, vendor performance dashboards, and monthly
