Job Description Summary
The Manager, Field Applications is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and leading a regional team of Field Scientists/Specialists. In this role, the FAS Manager provides structure and ongoing guidance to FAS team members in order to effectively and consistently deliver world-class field-based customer support.The FAS Manager is responsible for the continued development and education of FAS team members, and will drive ongoing programs to support proper working knowledge of products, techniques, and sales strategy to maximize sales and customer support. At the organizational level, this position contributes to both immediate and long term revenue generation, as well as long-term market strategy for designated Product Sector(s).

Duties and Responsibilities
Manages a regional team of Field Application Specialists
Provides directional guidance to their team to exercise independence in accomplishing goals
Provides coaching, mentorship, and support with development opportunities to team members
Has knowledge of the business fundamentals of the industry environment within which STEMCELL operates
Communicates strategic vision and corporate updates
Knowledge and Qualifications
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in leading teams or high level field applications experience with an advanced degree
Outstanding reading and written English is essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
