<\/span><\/span>We\u2019re looking for a Manager who wants their work\nto matter far beyond presentations and reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>This is a role for someone who sits comfortably at\nthe intersection of policy, analytics, and public impact, someone who can move\nfrom evidence to insight, and from insight to action. You\u2019ll work on some of\nthe most important questions in development and government transformation:\nsocial protection, G2P systems, subsidies, inclusive development, digital\ngovernance, and public service delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>In this role, you won\u2019t just study programs from a\ndistance. You\u2019ll help shape how governments and institutions think about\nwelfare, inclusion, and delivery at scale. One day you may be synthesising evidence on social protection reform; the next, designing analytical approaches\nfor a government program, developing strategic recommendations for a\ndevelopment partner, or crafting a compelling proposal for a new opportunity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

Support and execute\nhigh\-quality projects in the areas of social protection, digital governance,\ngovernment subsidies, G2P programs, public policy, government programs, and\ninclusive development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Conduct policy research,\nsectoral analysis, and evidence synthesis to inform strategic recommendations\nand client deliverables.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Undertake quantitative and\nqualitative analysis, including the use of economics and econometrics\-based\napproaches where relevant.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop high\-quality written\noutputs such as reports, policy notes, presentations, concept notes, briefing\npapers, and knowledge products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Work closely with government\nstakeholders, development partners, and internal teams in the execution of\nassignments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support business development\nactivities through opportunity identification, proposal drafting, concept note\ndevelopment, and sector scanning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Academic/ professional\nqualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>
Master\u2019s degree in Economics\nor Public Policy strongly preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Candidates with a Master\u2019s in\nrelated disciplines such as Development Studies, Social Policy, or similar\nfields may also be considered if strongly relevant to the role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

7\-8 years of relevant\nprofessional experience in a consulting firm, think tank, multilateral/donor agency,\ninternational organisation, government advisory institution, or policy research organisation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience in\none or more relevant sectors, including social protection, government programs,\npublic policy, welfare systems, poverty and inclusion, labour and livelihoods,\nor related development themes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Experience working with or\nadvising government departments, multilateral institutions, donor agencies, or\npublic\-sector stakeholders is strongly preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience in top\-tier\nconsulting firms, reputed think tanks, international organisations, or\nhigh\-quality research and advisory institutions will be an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong track record in\nconducting policy analysis, structured research, evidence synthesis, and\nhigh\-quality writing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in proposal\ndevelopment, concept note drafting, and business development support is\ndesirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Exposure to the education\nsector will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Experience contributing to\npublished articles, policy papers, reports, or knowledge documents is highly\ndesirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
