This role is part of MSC\u2019s Global Health &\nNutrition Capability and focuses on leading consulting and technical assistance\nengagements in nutrition, and food security. The Manager will work with\ngovernments, donors, and multilaterals to design, implement, and evaluate\nlarge\-scale programs. The candidate will conduct policy analysis, generate\nresearch and frameworks, and provide technical guidance to shape evidence\-based\nsolutions. The role also includes business development, managing client\nrelationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership\nthat strengthens public health collaborate with governments, donors, and\nmultilateral organisations nutrition systems across emerging markets.<\/span><\/span>

Professional Experience\n& Sector Knowledge<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Strong understanding of\nglobal and regional nutrition policies, food systems, and donor landscapes,\nwith ability to translate evidence into program and policy design.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated technical\nexpertise in one or more of the following areas:<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Nutrition program design\nand evaluation, including large\-scale food fortification, biofortification, and\ndietary diversification initiatives.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maternal, child, and\nadolescent health & nutrition interventions, including SBCC strategies,\ndemand generation, and uptake of services.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Design and implementation of integrated health and nutrition\-sensitive\nprograms, with a focus on models that incorporate women\u2019s empowerment and\nclimate action.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Integrated Nutrition and Health\nsystems strengthening, including integration of nutrition within primary health\ncare, maternal and child nutrition outcomes, and monitoring systems.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proven ability to lead the\ndevelopment of high\-impact proposals, research studies, and technical\npublications.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track record of managing\nmulti\-stakeholder projects with governments, donors, and multilaterals;\nexisting relationships are a strong advantage.<\/span><\/span>

        • Post\-graduate or master\u2019s\ndegree in nutrition, dietetics or food sciences, food technology or MA/MSC/MBA\nin public health, development studies, public policy, social policy, or other\nrelated fields with a focus on applied nutrition/nutrition policy<\/span><\/span>
