As a Manager, HRIS, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Owns the HR technology roadmap, aligning digital investments with people and business priorities
- Leads assessment and selection of HR platforms and AI tools to address capability gaps and emerging opportunities
- Translates complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions and proposals with measurable impact
- Identifies and implements automation and AI integration opportunities across HR processes to reduce manual effort
- Stays current on the AI tool landscape to evaluate what's deployable and where it adds genuine value
- Redesigns HR workflows end-to-end, embedding self-service, intelligent automation, and predictive capability
- Builds analytics frameworks that surface trends, flag risks, and enable proactive, data-driven HR decisions
- Leads full-lifecycle delivery of HR technology projects, including continuous optimisation of SuccessFactors
- Drives change management initiatives that build user confidence and maximise technology investment returns
- Develops training programmes and acts as a visible champion for digital adoption across the organisation
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Information Technology, or Business Management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Processes and Systems Management
- Extensive SAP SuccessFactors expertise is an advantage
