The role requires a dynamic\nprofessional who can build strategic institutional partnerships, conceptualise\nand launch high\-impact executive education and skilling programs, identify\nemerging sectors/domains for future\-ready offerings, and drive operational\nexpansion of the INI vertical.

The individual will work closely\nwith academic leadership, industry stakeholders, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs),\ncorporates, and internal NSDC teams to create scalable and industry\-aligned\nprograms.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

1. Institutional Relationship Management<\/b>
<\/p>- Manage\n and deepen partnerships with IITs, IIMs, and other premier institutions.
<\/li> - Act\n as the single point of contact for partner institutions for strategic and\n operational coordination.
<\/li> - Build\n long\-term engagement plans with institutional leadership, faculty, and\n program offices.
<\/li> - Identify\n opportunities for expanding collaboration across new schools, departments,\n and centres within partner institutions.
<\/li><\/ul>2. Program Development & Launch<\/b>
<\/p>- Conceptualize\n new executive education, skilling, certification, and hybrid learning\n programs aligned with industry demand.
<\/li> - Work\n with academic institutions and industry experts to co\-create curriculum\n frameworks.
<\/li> - Drive\n end\-to\-end program launch activities including approvals, commercials,\n timelines, branding, outreach, and operational execution.
<\/li> - Coordinate\n with technology/platform, admissions, marketing, finance, and operations\n teams for smooth program delivery.
<\/li><\/ul>3. Market & Sector Intelligence<\/b>
<\/p>- Scout\n emerging sectors, technologies, and domains for future program\n opportunities.
<\/li> - Conduct\n market research and benchmarking on trends in higher education, skilling,\n executive education, and lifelong learning.
<\/li> - Identify\n white spaces where NSDC can build differentiated offerings with INIs.
<\/li> - Track\n demand from corporates, government initiatives, and industry\n transformation areas such as AI, semiconductors, EVs, sustainability,\n robotics, Industry 4.0, healthcare, fintech, media & entertainment,\n logistics, and green energy.
<\/li><\/ul>4. Business Development & Expansion<\/b>
<\/p>- Develop\n annual pipeline of new institutional partnerships and program\n opportunities.
<\/li> - Support\n revenue growth and scale\-up of the INI vertical.
<\/li> - Engage\n with corporates for customized learning and workforce upskilling\n solutions.
<\/li> - Support\n preparation of strategic proposals, concept notes, presentations, and\n partnership frameworks.
<\/li><\/ul>5. Stakeholder Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>- Collaborate\n with Sector Skill Councils, ministries, industry bodies, and ecosystem\n partners.
<\/li> - Facilitate\n governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and program performance\n reviews.
<\/li> - Ensure\n alignment of programs with NSQF, industry standards, and employability\n outcomes where relevant.
