Internal Processes
Delivery of the assigned projects within the agreed timelines.
Provide support on delivery of Tech Projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders for arranging or providing trade & other related trainings at international locations.
Timely preparation & release of International Operations Dashboard.
Provide support to overseas locations in all Trade Processes and system related activities as & when required.
Support, facilitate and monitors locations in drafting policies and procedures related to operations area.
Preparation and maintenance of trackers related to IA, policies and procedures etc.
Providing expert opinion, guidance to Head International operations and locations on trade and TBML related matters.
Preparation of various decks for reporting to senior management.
Audit & Controls Issues
Facilitating internal and external auditors in carrying out their responsibilities in connection with the related activities.
Continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure committed RTDs are met.
Quality engagement and discussions with the stake holders, ability to pin point the risky items. No. of High risk, high priority issues resolved for the responsible countries through active engagement with all stakeholders.
Engagement and discussions with internal audit and various other audits as well on factual accuracy of observations/action items, their closure/removal from report.
Reduction in outstanding issues >6 months.
People Management
Enhance and maintain productivity of staff at highest possible level through inculcating motivation and team play.
Supervise the activities of the personnel working in department and provide them support and guidance to enable them to make prudent decisions.
Organization
Act as the escalation point for critical operational issues, ensuring the potential problem areas or trend and recommended solutions are further escalated to the senior management.
Perform any other activity as assigned by line manager/ Head International Operations.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum experience:
10 years of Banking Experience, specifically in trade operations/ governance.
