Job Description

岗位职责

- 负责川渝藏区域内药品集采、价格治理、医保报销、卫生政策、零售渠道管理等相关政策跟踪、研判、倡导与落地执行

- 统筹产品区域集采风险研判、集采政策倡导、政策趋势分析，制定相应的集采应对策略和倡导计划，保障公司产品利益

- 统筹产品医保准入、挂网价格治理、基本药物管理、惠民保等，保障产品准入顺利

- 维护与医保、卫健等部门的政企关系，搭建稳定高效的沟通渠道

- 协同内部销售、市场、大客户等团队，推动区域准入策略落地，降低政策风险

任职要求

- 原则上本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先

- 5年以上医药行业经验，原则上3年以上区域政府事务/市场准入实操经验

- 熟悉川渝藏当地政策环境，擅长集采应对、价格管理及医保准入对接

- 具备优秀政企沟通、项目执行能力与合规意识，驻地成都或重庆（成都优先），能接受区域适度出差

- 有外资药企同类岗位经验者优先
