<\/span>As a Manager \u2013 Monitoring, Evaluation & Data, you will be the single accountable person for the Punjab program\u2019s data integrity, MEL architecture, and how evidence is generated and used across the program. The Punjab State Program works with the government at state and district level across five interconnected areas: Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), teacher professional development, coach development, field operations, and state transformation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Complete ownership of program data from<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> system design to data quality to how insights reach decision\-makers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Opportunities to design and adapt MEL frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> and data tools that directly shape how a state\-level education program learns and corrects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>A platform to bridge evidence and practice<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> ensuring data is not just collected but actively used to improve outcomes for teachers and children.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>MEL Architecture & Framework Design<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Own and strengthen the program\u2019s MEL framework, including indicators, theory of change alignment, data tools, and evaluation design.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Assess existing indicators for effectiveness, identify gaps, and refine systems for stronger evidence generation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Adapt MEL tools to the Punjab program context and government data systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Data Analysis & Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Analyse quantitative and qualitative data across FLN, teacher development, coaching, and field operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Build and maintain dashboards that provide real\-time visibility into outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Develop reports, briefs, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Data Systems & Quality Ownership<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Manage data systems across KoboToolbox, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and government MIS platforms to ensure <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>data flows are clean, timely, and aligns with the purpose.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Establish data governance, validation, and quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Ensure timely collection of data by field team members by supporting them and setting SOPs and internal protocols. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Train and support field teams on data systems and quality expectations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Field Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Conduct field visits to validate data quality and strengthen collection practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Reconcile data insights with on\-ground realities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Government Data Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Engage state and district officials to align on data collection processes, reporting formats, and shared program indicators.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Support the program team in preparing data\-backed materials for government reviews and joint planning sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
