Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant restaurant management experience
- Must be able to speak Hindi to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Willing and able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily restaurant operations
- Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise and train service staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
