Manager (Partnerships & Programmes), CS CDC
[What the role is]
As Manager (Partnerships and Programmes), you will be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of community programmes targeted at children within the Central Singapore district, under the CDC's Lifelong Learning Pillar. This includes working with school/community partners, sponsors and other stakeholders to design and deliver programmes, and ensuring strong project and partnership management throughout.[What you will be working on]
Programme Management
Lead the end-to-end management of children learning programmes, from conceptualisation to implementation and post-programme review. This involves coordinating across multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timelines and KPIs are met. You will be expected to track deliverables closely, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the programme cycle.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with different partners including corporates, schools and community partners. You will be the key point of contact for these stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth collaboration. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting the development of joint initiatives that address community needs.
Programme Review & Redesign
In view of evolving community needs and the changing education landscape, you will contribute to reviewing and refreshing existing programmes while conceptualising new initiatives from time to time. This ensures the team's programme portfolio remains relevant and impactful in response to ground needs.
Other Duties
Support CDC-wide initiatives and cross-team projects. Participate in ad-hoc duties and cross-team activities as required
[What we are looking for]
A degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years working experience in a related field
Prior experience in programme, project or event management, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders confidently
Prior experience in curriculum or programme design is preferred
Knowledge of the Singapore education landscape will be advantageous
Ability to work on occasional weekends and evenings as required
