Key Responsibilities

1. Industry & Employer Engagement<\/b>

  • Build and maintain relationships with STEM\-focused companies<\/b> (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, AI, Data, Electronics, etc.)

  • Identify job opportunities, internships, apprenticeships, and live projects<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Organize campus placements, job fairs, and employer connects<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understand industry skill requirements and align student profiles accordingly
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


    2. Student Placement & Career Support<\/b>

    • Prepare students for placements through:
      <\/p>

      • Resume & LinkedIn profile building
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Interview preparation (technical + HR)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Mock interviews and aptitude tests
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Match student skills with suitable job roles
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Track student preferences, performance, and placement outcomes
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


        3. Training & Employability Readiness<\/b>

        • Coordinate with academic and training teams to:

          • Identify skill gaps<\/b> in students
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Suggest industry\-relevant certifications and tools
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Organize soft skills, communication, and workplace readiness programs<\/b>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Ensure students meet employer eligibility criteria
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


            4. Placement Strategy & Planning<\/b>

            • Develop and execute annual placement plans and targets<\/b>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Set KPIs for placements, employer onboarding, and student readiness
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Analyze placement trends and market demand in STEM sectors
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Support leadership with placement reports and insights
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


              5. Internships & Apprenticeships<\/b>
              <\/h3>
              • Facilitate paid/unpaid internships<\/b> and apprenticeship programs
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Monitor student performance during internships
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Convert internships into full\-time employment opportunities
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


                6. Data Management & Reporting<\/b>

                • Maintain accurate records of:
