Role Summary and Impact

The Planning Manager is responsible for the overall campaign strategy, planning, and implementation for a portfolio of brands. You will act as a key contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Develop and present media strategies and implementation plans to clients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of media campaigns, from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on planning, operations, and optimization.
  • Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations.
  • Keep clients and the wider team updated on new digital trends and changes in the media landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital or integrated media planning.
  • Strong background with a strategic outlook and solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital/media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to coach and guide junior team members.
  • A passion for data, insights, and ideation.
