Job Description

What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for overseeing data management, governance, and executive-level reporting for the Wealth Management Europe (WME) Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role is central to ensuring transparency, alignment with strategic goals, and effective decision-making across the WME change portfolio. You will transform complex project and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, whilst championing best practices, governance adherence, and continuous improvement across transformation programmes.

Should you be shortlisted, do please let us know if you have any specific requirements for the interview.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our London office.

What will you do?

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust data capture processes and quality control frameworks to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable project and portfolio-level information across designated tools (e.g., Planview), creating a single trusted source of truth
  • Manage and deliver executive-level WME change portfolio reporting on health, spend, risks, interdependencies, OKRs, and benefits/outcomes, with meticulous attention to detail and forensic data interrogation
  • Conduct frequent data-driven analysis to identify emerging risks, negative trends, leading indicators of portfolio stress, and interdependencies, flagging potential blockers and mitigation opportunities early for timely executive intervention
  • Design and deliver interactive, visually compelling dashboards and management information tailored for executive stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Facilitate end-to-end logistics and documentation for key decision-making forums (e.g., Decision Forum, Investment Review Board), ensuring governance protocols and best practices are adopted and adhered to across the WME change portfolio
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of mandatory artefacts to support timely gate crossings, and perform lessons learned analysis to identify portfolio-wide themes and recommend action plans
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with TMO leadership, PMO teams, BC&T Senior Leadership, and key stakeholder groups (T&O, Digital, Finance, Risk), fostering collaboration and alignment
  • Champion adoption of project management tools and drive automation opportunities using AI, advanced Excel, and modern analytics tools to streamline workflows and improve data reliability

What do you need to succeed?

  • Exceptional number literacy and forensic attention to detail, with the ability to work across multiple complex data sources to create impactful management information
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools and project management platforms (e.g., Planview, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SharePoint), including data visualization techniques
  • Proven experience producing high-quality executive-level content and key messaging
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels, articulate insights clearly in both oral and written formats, and work collaboratively to obtain results through influence and impact
