Are you an experienced privacy professional with strong expertise in global privacy laws and hands\-on experience in implementing privacy programs? Tsaaro is looking for a <\/span><\/span>Manager \u2013 Privacy<\/span><\/span><\/b> to join our Mumbai team and lead high\-impact privacy engagements for enterprise clients.<\/span>

Your Role: Manager \u2013 Privacy<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

As a Manager \u2013 Privacy, you will lead client engagements, oversee privacy compliance programs, and deliver expert advisory across global privacy regulations and frameworks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

  • Lead and manage privacy assessments including DPIAs, PIAs, RoPA, privacy gap assessments, and internal audits<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Implement and operationalize privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, etc.)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and review privacy policies, procedures, notices, and governance documentation<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Drive incident response management, breach readiness, and remediation workflows<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Support implementation of ISO 27701, ISO 27001 controls and privacy\-by\-design practices<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct third\-party risk assessments and vendor privacy evaluations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Advise client leadership teams on privacy posture, risks, and compliance strategies<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure timely delivery of privacy programs and manage a team of consultants<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including security, legal, IT, and compliance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

  • 4\u20137 years of experience in Privacy, Data Protection, GRC, or Cybersecurity<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDP Act, PDPL, and other global regulations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Hands\-on experience with DPIAs, RoPA, privacy audits, incident management, and DSAR handling<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, SOC 2 frameworks<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience working with privacy tools like OneTrust, Securiti.ai, BigID (preferred)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001 LA/LI (preferred)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills<\/span><\/span>
