Manager, Procurement Controlling & Analytics – Asia (MEA APAC Coordination)

At Accor, we are a global hospitality leader driven by passionate Heartists®. Join our regional procurement team and play a key role in driving financial performance, analytics, and governance across Asia and the wider MEA APAC region. This role will be based in Singapore.

Your Mission
As Manager, Procurement Controlling & Analytics, you will co‑manage procurement revenues, oversee regional financial consolidation, and deliver insights that support strategic decision‑making across Asia, China, India, Pacific, and MEA. Acting as a business partner, you will help optimize procurement performance and strengthen regional processes.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Revenue & Performance

  • Co‑manage Asia procurement revenue and performance reporting
  • Consolidate and monitor revenues across countries and profit centres
  • Lead supplier revenue declarations and invoicing with Category Managers and Finance
  • Develop dashboards and reports; prepare monthly and quarterly analyses
  • Improve automation and effectiveness of procurement KPIs and analytics

MEA APAC Financial Consolidation

  • Consolidate and monitor regional Procurement P&L (revenue to EBITDA)
  • Coordinate quarterly performance reviews with Asia, China, India, Pacific, and MEA
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

Budgeting, Forecasting & Credit Management

  • Support budget and forecast processes with Local Finance and Corporate Procurement
  • Prepare regional financial reviews and budget presentations
  • Own credit management, ageing balance monitoring, and supplier financial assessments

Administration & Governance

  • Own procurement administration, documentation, and supplier databases
  • Ensure compliance with group processes and support audits
  • Support Category Managers on supplier KYC, dependency, and financial ratings
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance
  • 5–7 years’ experience in procurement, finance, or controlling
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office; BI tools are a plus
  • Comfortable working in a matrix, multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Audit experience is an advantage
