MANAGER

Job description:

  • Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
  • Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to the team, including employee training & development.
  • Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.
  • Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.
  • Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.
  • Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals, and assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.
  • Perform Testing & Commissioning works.
  • Manage project schedule, resources, costs and deliverables to minimize risks and improve productivity
  • Effectively manage staff under the direct control of the position holder ranging from coordination to directing people and teams
  • Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements, feedback and resolving issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail
  • Team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Able to recruit, motivate and direct Team Members in a professional capacity
