MANAGER
Job description:
- Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
- Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to the team, including employee training & development.
- Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.
- Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.
- Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.
- Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals, and assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.
- Perform Testing & Commissioning works.
- Manage project schedule, resources, costs and deliverables to minimize risks and improve productivity
- Effectively manage staff under the direct control of the position holder ranging from coordination to directing people and teams
- Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements, feedback and resolving issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail
- Team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Able to recruit, motivate and direct Team Members in a professional capacity
