Key Responsibilities<\/b>

1. Strategy & Planning<\/b>
<\/p>- Develop\n and implement integrated digital + retail fundraising strategies<\/b>
<\/li>- Plan\n monthly/quarterly revenue targets across both channels
<\/li> - Identify\n opportunities to convert digital traffic into retail/on\-ground\n engagement and vice versa<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>2. Digital Fundraising<\/b>
<\/p>- Manage\n online fundraising campaigns across website, email marketing, social\n media, and paid platforms<\/b>
<\/li>- Optimize\n donation funnels, landing pages, and user journeys
<\/li> - Track\n and improve key metrics like conversion rate, cost per acquisition\n (CPA), and ROI<\/b>
<\/li>- Coordinate\n with internal/external teams for creatives, content, and campaign\n execution
<\/li><\/ul>3. Retail Fundraising (On\-Ground)<\/b>
<\/p>- Plan\n and execute fundraising activities at malls, kiosks, events, and\n high\-footfall locations<\/b>
<\/li>- Drive face\-to\-face donor acquisition<\/b> and ensure revenue targets are met
<\/li>- Identify\n and onboard new retail locations and partnerships
<\/li><\/ul>4. Team & Vendor Management<\/b>
<\/p>- Manage\n digital agencies, media partners, and retail fundraising teams/vendors
<\/li> - Train\n on\-ground teams on campaign messaging and donor engagement
<\/li> - Monitor\n performance and ensure alignment with targets
<\/li><\/ul>5. Campaign Integration<\/b>
<\/p>- Ensure\n seamless integration between online and offline campaigns<\/b>
<\/li>- Use\n digital channels to drive footfall to retail activations
<\/li> - Capture\n and nurture leads generated through both channels
<\/li><\/ul>6. Data Analysis & Reporting<\/b>
<\/p>- Track\n and analyze performance across digital and retail channels
<\/li> - Prepare\n weekly/monthly dashboards for management
<\/li> - Use\n insights to optimize campaigns and improve donor acquisition &\n retention
<\/li><\/ul>7. Donor Experience & Compliance<\/b>
<\/p>- Ensure\n a smooth and secure donation experience across platforms
<\/li> - Maintain\n donor data accuracy and privacy compliance
<\/li> - Strengthen\n donor engagement through follow\-ups and communication
<\/li><\/ul>Key Requirements<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience:<\/b> 5\u20138 years in digital marketing, fundraising, or retail/face\-to\-face\n fundraising
<\/li>- Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree (Master\u2019s preferred)
<\/li>- Strong\n understanding of performance marketing, CRM tools, and donor journeys<\/b>
<\/li>- Experience\n in managing on\-ground activations and partnerships<\/b>
<\/li>- Proven\n ability to handle targets and revenue generation<\/b>
