Role Title Manager – Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Location: GCC India (Bangalore)

Role Overview

The RGM Manager will lead advanced analytics and strategic initiatives across key RGM levers including Pricing, Promotion Analytics, Trade Investments, Assortment Strategy, and Pack Price Architecture. This role will partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive data-led commercial decisions and unlock profitable growth for the business. The individual will manage a team of analysts in GCC and ensure delivery of high-quality insights, while translating analytics into actionable strategies and business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic RGM Leadership • Lead end-to-end RGM analytics across pricing, promotion, assortment, and pack-price architecture • Translate business problems into structured RGM analysis and strategic playbooks • Drive development of long-term and short-term pricing & promotion strategies 2. Pricing & Promotion Analytics • Develop and deploy price elasticity, promotion uplift, and ROI models • Conduct pricing simulations, conjoint studies, and scenario-based decision frameworks • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize price, trade spend, and promotion effectiveness 3. Trade Investment & Commercial Optimization • Analyze trade spend allocation and recommend optimization strategies • Support AOP planning, pricing roadmaps, and growth initiatives • Evaluate performance of promotional campaigns and recommend interventions 4. Assortment & Pack Price Architecture • Lead assortment rationalization, SKU prioritization, and portfolio optimization • Design and optimize pack price architecture aligned to consumer demand and willingness-to-pay • Identify whitespace opportunities for portfolio expansion and premiumization 5. Stakeholder Management • Act as a key partner to Global/Regional RGM teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Marketing) • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Lead discussions to align analytics outputs with business actions 6. Team Leadership & Capability Building • Lead and mentor a team of analysts within the GCC • Ensure quality, timeliness, and actionability of deliverables • Build RGM capability through standardization, playbooks, and best practices Success Metrics • Conversion of insights into implemented business actions • High stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of RGM recommendations • Strong ownership of end-to-end RGM analysis and playbook delivery Required Experience & Skills Experience • 7+ years of experience in RGM, Pricing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Consulting • Proven hands-on experience across: o Pricing & Promotion Analytics o Trade Investments / Promo Spend Optimization o Assortment Analysis o Pack Price Architecture • Experience in CPG/FMCG or analytics consulting environments preferred Technical Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Hands-on experience with: o Excel (advanced), PowerPoint o Statistical modelling (regression, elasticity modeling) o Data tools (Python/SQL/Power BI – preferred) Leadership & Behavioural Skills • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to translate complex analytics into simple business stories • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts • High ownership and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments Preferred Profile • Experience working with global stakeholders or GCC environment • Exposure to syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI/Kantar) • Experience building RGM playbooks or accelerator frameworks Why This Role • Opportunity to shape RGM capability within a growing GCC setup • Direct impact on global commercial strategy and decision-making • Ownership of high-visibility strategic initiatives
