Position Objective
<\/div>
To support and execute fundraising initiatives for Cankids by achieving monthly fundraising
<\/div>
targets, strengthening donor relationships, acquiring new donors, and supporting events
<\/div>
and engagement activities to ensure sustainable funding for children battling cancer.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
Fundraising & Revenue Generation
<\/div>
 Achieve assigned fundraising targets on a month\-on\-month basis as defined by the
<\/div>
Resource Mobilisation team.
<\/div>
 Support fundraising efforts across individual donors, events, and other identified
<\/div>
funding avenues.
<\/div>
 Identify new fundraising opportunities and contribute to revenue growth for the
<\/div>
organisation.
<\/div>
 Track fundraising performance and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
<\/div>
Donor Relationship Management
<\/div>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
<\/div>
 Conduct face\-to\-face meetings with donors to present Cankids\u2019 mission,
<\/div>
programmes, impact, and funding requirements.
<\/div>
 Ensure timely donor follow\-ups, acknowledgements, and engagement to strengthen
<\/div>
donor retention.
<\/div>
Donor Acquisition & Events
<\/div>
 Identify, engage, and onboard new donors through meetings, referrals, networking,
<\/div>
and outreach activities.
<\/div>

<\/div>
 Plan, coordinate, and support fundraising events, donor meets, and engagement
<\/div>
programmes aimed at expanding the donor base.
<\/div>
 Assist in campaign execution to attract and retain donors.
<\/div>
Coordination & Reporting
<\/div>
 Coordinate with internal teams (Programmes, Finance, Communications) to ensure
<\/div>
accurate donor communication and reporting.
<\/div>
 Maintain donor records, meeting details, and fundraising data in CRM or internal
<\/div>
tracking systems.
<\/div>
 Support preparation of donor proposals, presentations, utilisation certificates, and
<\/div>
impact reports as required.
<\/div>

 Number of donor meetings conducted

Educational Qualifications
<\/div>
 Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
<\/div>
 Preference for candidates with background in Management, Marketing, Sales, or
<\/div>
Social Work
<\/div>

<\/div>
Experience
<\/div>
 5\u20137 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or relationship
<\/div>
management
<\/div>
 Experience in the NGO / social sector will be an added advantage
<\/div>
