Manager Sales/Marketing (SP)
Purpose of the Role
As the Manager Sales/Marketing (SP) within our DES department, you will lead the strategic commercial direction for our specialized product lines. This is a pivotal leadership position focused on driving sustainable growth and market presence in the Netherlands. You might start by reviewing market intelligence reports to refine your department’s value proposition, followed by a collaborative session with your sales team to navigate complex negotiations. → Lead and develop the Sales and Marketing strategy for the SP product group within the DES department.

→ Foster strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners across the Netherlands.
→ You bring extensive experience in a management role within an industrial automation or high-tech environment.

What We Offer
We provide a comprehensive benefits package tailored to the Dutch market. Full compensation details and the specific salary range for this position will be confirmed during your initial recruiter screening. Our offer includes:
→ A 40-hour work week with flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:30.
→ 25 days of annual leave plus 6 ATV days, with the option to purchase up to 13 additional days via your annual bonus.
→ Financial security through an 8% holiday allowance (May) and a 5% end-of-year allowance (December).
→ A robust defined contribution pension scheme with ASR (22% employer premium) and collective accident insurance.
→ Support for your well-being and mobility, including a daily home-working allowance and a commuting allowance of €0.23/km (up to €364/month).
