Key Expectation:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Acquire and grow a\nbook of HNI, Ultra\-HNI, Institutional investors for our PMS and AIF offerings. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build and manage\npartnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, RIAs,\nFamily Offices, Private Banks etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop deep,\nlong\-term relationships rooted in a client\-centric, advisory approach \u2014\nunderstanding goals, risk appetite, and portfolio fit before recommending\nsolutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive net sales and\nAUM growth in line with agreed targets, with clear ownership of your pipeline\nfrom lead to closure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Stay sharp on\nmarkets, the equity landscape, peer products, regulations and the broader\nalternatives ecosystem to bring that perspective into client conversations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain accurate\npipeline, activity and reporting discipline in the CRM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Drive periodic\nroadshows, webinars and investor education sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Operate fully within regulatory\nguidelines and internal compliance standards at all times.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • 7\u201310 years of experience in sales or\n distribution of <\/span><\/span>similar products \u2014 PMS, AIF, SIF, Mutual\n Funds or other wealth/investment solutions <\/span><\/span>\u2014 Ideally within an AMC, wealth management\n firm or registered investment advisor.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrable\ntrack record of acquiring and growing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients,\nfamily offices, distributors or institutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong,\ngenuine understanding of capital markets and equities \u2014 not surface\-level\nproduct talk.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Stellar\ninterpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with High ownership, integrity with the maturity to\noperate independently in a target\-driven environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • A\ngenuine client\-centric approach \u2014 puts suitability and trust ahead of the quick\nsale<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Graduate\n/ Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field. MBA / CFA /\nCA is an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • NISM\ncertifications relevant to PMS/AIF distribution preferred; Willingness to\nobtain required certifications if not already held.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
