Key Responsibilities
Consulting Leadership
Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
Business Development
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.
Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner in clients' transformation journeys.
Thought Leadership
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
Contribute to Sia Partners' knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.
Represent Sia Partners at industry events and forums, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the market.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in financial services
- 3-4 Years of consulting experience
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry(Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Corporate & Investment Banking etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
