Manager / Senior Manager, Group Reporting

You will drive the preparation and review of timely, accurate, and comprehensive consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring accounting reflects digital assets, tokenomics, and virtual goods. You will lead the group consolidation process by eliminating intercompany transactions, reconciling intercompany balances, and accounting for complex group structures, joint ventures, and associates. You will manage the end-to-end group audit process and be the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating deliverables and resolving audit queries. You will review and analyze group-level financial results, perform variance and trend analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior management. You will partner with regional and entity finance teams to ensure consistency and drive process improvements. You will develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and group reporting processes, particularly for digital asset management and revenue recognition from gaming and blockchain activities. You will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior finance team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive the group consolidation process including intercompany elimination and reconciliation and accounting for complex group structures, joint ventures, and associates
• Manage the end-to-end group audit process and act as primary point of contact for external auditors
• Review and analyze group-level financial results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
• Partner with regional and entity finance teams to ensure consistency and drive process improvements in consolidation and reporting
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and group reporting processes, particularly for digital asset management and revenue recognition
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is required
• Minimum of 6 - 8 of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, including significant experience in financial reporting and audit (Big 4 or equivalent experience is highly valued)
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards, with experience managing complex reporting requirements and exposure to digital assets, gaming, or technology sectors
• Demonstrated experience with Netsuite or similar ERP/accounting systems is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis functions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment and a genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, and digital entertainment
