Manager/ Senior Manager, HR & Admin
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operation of HR and administrative function
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programmes aligned with organisational goals.
- Assist the Director in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee office administrative and procurement matters.
- Assist in the execution and coordination of HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably with corporate governance or compliance experiences.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
