Role Overview<\/b>
<\/p>

The Manager \u2013 Services Development<\/b> will play a\ncritical role in building and scaling the \u201cservices layer\u201d of Wadhwani\nAccelerate\u2019s Assisted Growth Programs.
<\/p>

The role sits at the intersection of product design,\nexpert network development, and service delivery enablement<\/b>. The individual\nwill help convert growth challenges faced by SMEs into clearly defined,\nrepeatable service offerings and build a high\-quality panel of domain experts\nwho can deliver these services across regions.
<\/p>

This is a builder role suited for someone who enjoys creating\nstructure out of complexity<\/b>, working closely with experts, and scaling\nprofessional services in a semi\-productized model.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

1. Services & Product Development<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Work\n with the Program Head \u2013 Accelerate to translate growth archetypes<\/b> (e.g., export expansion, domestic scaling, channel growth, customer\n segmentation) into structured service offerings.
    <\/li>
  • Help\n define service \u201cmodules\u201d across key execution hurdles such as:
    <\/li>
    • Working\n capital & finance
      <\/li>
    • Sales\n process & capability
      <\/li>
    • Market\n entry & channel strategy
      <\/li>
    • Product\n readiness & positioning
      <\/li>
    • Regulatory\n & compliance
      <\/li><\/ul>
    • Support\n the creation of a service matrix<\/b> (growth archetype × execution\n hurdle) and clearly articulate scope, outcomes, effort, and delivery\n format for each service.
      <\/li>
    • Assist\n in defining differentiated service bundles for Accelerate Select,\n Accelerate Core<\/b> cohorts based on advisory hours, delivery format, and\n expert seniority.

      2. Expert Network Building & Management<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Identify,\n onboard, and manage a curated panel of regional and national experts<\/b> across domains such as exports, sales growth, compliance, finance, and\n product strategy.
        <\/li>
      • Build\n strong working relationships with experts across Gujarat, Maharashtra,\n Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh.
        <\/li>
      • Define\n engagement models for experts (retainer, per\-assignment, cohort\-based\n delivery, workshops, 1:1 advisory).
        <\/li>
      • Ensure\n experts are aligned to Wadhwani Accelerate\u2019s service standards, outcomes,\n and delivery formats.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        3. Service Enablement & Quality Assurance<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Work\n with program and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of services\n to ventures.
          <\/li>
        • Help\n standardize service delivery through playbooks, templates, diagnostic\n frameworks, and checklists.
          <\/li>
        • Monitor\n service quality, expert effectiveness, and venture feedback to\n continuously improve offerings.
          <\/li>
        • Support\n pilots of new services and refine them before scaling.
          <\/li><\/ul>

          4. Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Collaborate\n closely with Program, Partnerships, Impact, and Operations teams to align\n services with cohort needs and outcomes.

          • Provide\n inputs into pricing logic, effort estimation, and scalability\n considerations for services.
            <\/li>
          • Support\n internal documentation and knowledge management for service offerings.

            • MBA\n from a reputed institute.
              <\/li>
            • 5\u20137\n years of work experience in consulting, SME advisory, professional\n services, program management, or ecosystem\-focused roles.
              <\/li><\/ul>

              • Strong\n ability to structure ambiguous problems<\/b> into clear service\n offerings.

              • Experience\n working with or managing external experts, consultants, or partners<\/b>.

              • Understanding\n of SME growth challenges in areas such as sales, exports, finance, or\n compliance.
