The Manager \u2013 SEL will lead the implementation, quality assurance, and strengthening of Social Emotional Learning within Bhumi\u2019s Whole School Transformation Program (WSTP).
<\/div>
<\/div>
This person is responsible for ensuring strong program delivery across partner schools, building educator capacity, improving systems, and using data to continuously enhance impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Design and oversee systems that ensure consistent, high\-quality SEL delivery across schools and program teams.
<\/span><\/li>- Track and analyse program data to drive structured reviews and continuous improvement in implementation.
<\/span><\/li>- Design and facilitate capacity\-building initiatives and provide ongoing supervision to educators and program staff to strengthen delivery quality.
<\/span><\/li>- Build and manage strong working relationships with school leaders and partner institutions to ensure effective program execution.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/div>Educational Qualification/Experience:
<\/div>- Educational Degree : Master\u2019s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields.
<\/span><\/li>- Relevant Experience(in years) : Minimum 3 years of experience in SEL, school education, or wellbeing programs. Proven experience in content development, adult training and program management.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Knowledge & Skill sets required:<\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
