Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, GS SOURCEVIEW Analytics, located in Taguig, Philippines.

The Manager, GS SOURCEVIEW Analytics leads a high‑performing analytics team responsible for transforming complex MedTech commercial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making, improve operational performance, and enhance customer value. This role owns the day‑to‑day operations, innovation agenda, and capability development for SOURCEVIEW™ Analytics, ensuring high data quality, scalable analytical solutions, and strong alignment with MedTech and Global Services priorities across Johnson & Johnson Global Services.

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape how commercial data and analytics are leveraged globally, influence strategic outcomes, and build sustainable analytics capabilities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the GS SOURCEVIEW™ Analytics team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and Credo‑based culture of accountability and innovation.

  • Ensure high data integrity through oversight of data cleansing, validation, transformation, and loading processes supporting SOURCEVIEW™ platforms.

  • Integrate SOURCEVIEW™ Analytics into the Global Services operating model, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment to MedTech commercial priorities.

  • Manage analytics projects and programs, including milestone planning, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Translate Global Services and MedTech commercial data into actionable insights that support sales, pricing, contracting, and customer strategy decisions.

  • Develop, enhance, and automate business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve insight delivery, efficiency, and user adoption.

  • Build strong partnerships with MedTech business stakeholders and Global Services teams, ensuring analytics solutions meet business needs and drive adoption.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure platform performance, data quality, and team effectiveness; communicate insights and impact to leadership.

  • Drive technology adoption, automation, and process digitalization to improve cycle time, scalability, and analytical output across SOURCEVIEW™ operations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics, with demonstrated people leadership experience at the manager level.

  • Proven experience leading analytics or data teams in a complex, matrixed global organization.

  • Strong expertise in data management, data quality, and analytics delivery across multiple systems and platforms.

  • Hands‑on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and commercial stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated strength in project management, change leadership, and operational excellence.

Preferred:

  • MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences commercial analytics experience, including pricing, contracts, or sales performance data.

  • Advanced technical skills in SQL and analytics automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python).

  • Experience driving analytics innovation, automation, or platform modernization initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across regions, including collaboration with U.S.‑based teams.

  • Exposure to Global Services, shared services, or center‑of‑excellence operating models.

Other:

  • Language: English proficiency required; additional regional language skills are a plus.

  • Travel: Up to 10% international travel may be required.

  • Certifications: Analytics, data, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Power BI) preferred.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
