We are looking for a proactive and strategic growth & global health partnerships (West Africa) <\/span><\/span><\/span>manager to lead countrywide projects in West Africa, to crack new markets and oversee key client deployment and relationships, and drive revenue growth. We would like to have highly motivated individuals join our team and develop and nurture relationships across the healthcare ecosystem for a deeper penetration in the geography. The manager is also expected to work hand in hand with our existing clients and manage our fast\-growing client base. Our perfect fit for this role will be organized, and meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and will be a natural leader. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and adoption of Qure's product portfolio. As we are a fast\-growing start\-up, you will be wearing multiple hats and are expected to be a multitasker with solid time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Shape market strategy and create large\-scale AI programs<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Identify priority countries/states, map Ministry of Health ecosystems, size AI procurement potential, define the value proposition, and craft tailored market\-entry roadmaps. Also, design multi\-disease population\-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where Qure\u2019s AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives.

    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Own end\-to\-end deal cycles<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Originate, structure, and close deals by navigating tenders, rate\-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale. Also drive upselling and cross\-selling on existing client base.
      <\/li><\/ul>


      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Unlock funding and Influence policy & budgets<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Surface and win bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level. Also, engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare\-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease\-control guidelines, and national digital\-health programmes.

        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Lead existing client projects<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Drive execution of countrywide AI projects in West Africa, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction. This would involve collaboration with government bodies, healthcare institutions, on\-ground teams and global health organizations to drive product adoption and large\-scale AI deployment. Travel would be required, both internationally and domestically.

          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Training and Relationship Building<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Drive training and deployment stabilization eTorts with the local partner. Build strong relationships with various external stakeholders including Ministry of Health, National Programs, program heads, IT teams, clinical decision\-makers to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Also, serve as the primary client point of contact, managing project delivery, post\-deployment engagement, feedback collection, and overall client success.

            • Monitoring and Evidence<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Assist in monitoring product performance, collecting technical feedback, identifying edge cases, and generating marketing and research outcomes that reinforce Qure.ai\u2019s impact.

              • Complaint Resolution<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 ETectively resolve client complaints by liaising with Client IT and Program Teams, coordinating remote access requests, and aligning with our internal engineering team to ensure timely resolution.

                • Internal Collaboration<\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Work alongside engineering, product, sales teams for supporting client needs and solving technical and project challenges. The role would also entail providing valuable product feedback to Qure\u2019s product teams, contributing to the product roadmap and improvements based on client requirements.

                  • Experience handling multi\-stakeholder project alongside experience to drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion.

                  • Strong people management skills, analytical skills with good knowledge on with Excel and PowerPoint
                    <\/li>
                  • Excellent communication skills, self\-starter and quick learner, passionate and driven individual with problem\-solving skills and empathy toward clients
                    <\/li>
                  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry are a plus
                    <\/li>
                  • French speaker
                    <\/li>
                  • 4\-7 years of work experience, preferably in client\-facing roles. Experience in account management, client success, project management, and healthcare are a plus.

                  • Proficiency in Spanish
                    <\/li>
                  • The role will have extensive traveling requirements, both domestic and international.
