Job Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Manager drives commercial growth across First Title’s lender and distribution network by scaling mortgage fulfilment volumes and embedding our solutions within client ecosystems.

The role owns end-to-end partner performance, from pipeline development and conversion through to post-go-live optimisation.

Acting as a strategic partner to clients, this role aligns First Title’s capabilities with lender growth strategies to deliver sustained volume expansion, improved operational efficiency, and increased share-of-wallet.

1. Drive Mortgage Fulfilment Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Deliver growth in mortgage fulfilment volumes across existing lender and partner portfolios

  • Identify and convert new opportunities within:

    • Mortgage Fulfillment

    • Refinance (FASTRefi®)

    • New lending flows (broker and direct channels)

  • Work with partners to embed First Title within their origination and fulfilment workflows

  • Support pipeline development and conversion across lending channels

2. Own and Grow Strategic Relationships

  • Manage and develop key lender, broker, and aggregator relationships

  • Establish and lead governance frameworks focused on:

    • Volume growth

    • Conversion performance

    • Operational efficiency

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning fulfilment capability with partner growth strategies

  • Ensure strong “voice of customer” integration into service delivery

3. Expand Refinance & FASTRefi®

  • Drive adoption and utilisation of FASTRefi® across lender portfolios

  • Work with clients to optimise refinance processes and reduce time-to-settlement

  • Identify opportunities to increase refinance share-of-wallet

  • Support implementation of process improvements aligned to digital and straight-through processing models

4. Optimise Client Performance

  • Take accountability for post-go-live client performance, including:

    • Volume ramp-up

    • Workflow optimisation

    • SLA and turnaround time improvement

  • Partner with operations and technology teams to remove blockers and lift throughput

  • Ensure alignment between commercial expectations and delivery outcomes

5. Commercial Development (Supporting Focus)

  • Identify and execute revenue opportunities beyond core processing, including:

    • Title insurance embedded in fulfilment workflows

    • Process improvements that drive margin and efficiency

  • Support broader commercial outcomes aligned to portfolio growth and profitability

Contribute to strategic shift toward higher-value, differentiated fulfilment offerings

6. Expand Market & Partnership

  • Develop relationships with new lenders, aggregators, and distribution partners

  • Support expansion into new segments including:

    • Bank, non-bank and digital lenders

    • Broker-led refinance channels

  • Contribute to building First Title’s reputation as a leading fulfilment partner

7. Collaboration and Teamwork Contribution

  • Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver client and commercial outcomes

  • Take ownership of performance, development, and continuous improvement

  • Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing

  • Demonstrate behaviours aligned to First Title’s values

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in mortgage fulfilment volumes across assigned partner portfolios

  • FASTRefi® adoption and utilisation rates

  • Pipeline conversion rates across lender and broker channels

  • Turnaround times and SLA performance post-onboarding

  • Client retention and expansion of share-of-wallet

  • Revenue and margin contribution across partner portfolios

  • New partnership opportunities identified and successfully converted
