Key Roles and Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
1. Identify and hunt for new warehouse spaces across assigned cities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
2. Conduct field searches and ground visits to evaluate potential warehouse locations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
3. Gather detailed information about warehouse infrastructure, capacity, and suitability.
<\/div>
<\/div>
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse owners and vendors.
<\/div>
<\/div>
5. Initiate first calls and introductory meetings with potential partners.
<\/div>
<\/div>
6. Maintain regular communication to ensure long\-term collaboration.
<\/div>
<\/div>
7. Send introductory emails and presentations to potential warehouse partners.
<\/div>
<\/div>
8. Coordinate and support the agreement process with selected vendors.
<\/div>
<\/div>
9. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding stage.
<\/div>
<\/div>
10. Collect and maintain warehouse details and infrastructure information.
<\/div>
<\/div>
11. Prepare city\-wise supply reports and update the internal team on available warehouse supply.
<\/div>
<\/div>
12. Track progress of warehouse acquisition activities.

<\/div>1. Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is
<\/div>preferred.
<\/div>2. Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
<\/div>3. Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
<\/div>4. Good organizational and reporting skills.
<\/div>5. Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
<\/div>6. Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.
<\/div>
<\/div>Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
