Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and functions.

  • Manage and mentor the TA team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive leadership and critical hiring across regions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track and improve key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure proper documentation and recruitment MIS reporting.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Leverage job portals, social media, and other channels for effective sourcing.

    Education Qualification

    • Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).

      • Strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

      • Experience in team handling and driving hiring targets.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proven experience in leadership hiring.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
