Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and functions.
<\/span><\/li>- Manage and mentor the TA team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive leadership and critical hiring across regions.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.
<\/span><\/li>- Track and improve key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
<\/span><\/li>- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure proper documentation and recruitment MIS reporting.
<\/span><\/li>- Leverage job portals, social media, and other channels for effective sourcing.

<\/div>Education Qualification
<\/div>- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).

<\/div>- Strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in team handling and driving hiring targets.
<\/span><\/li>- Proven experience in leadership hiring.
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span> - Experience in team handling and driving hiring targets.
