Manager – Test Engineering

- Lead a team of test engineering experts to define and manage testing scope, approach, resources, and schedules.
- Implement and maintain industry-standard testing processes to ensure product quality and readiness.
- Collaborate with product managers, test developers, and stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines.
- Communicate risks, progress, and issues proactively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Drive preventive maintenance and resource allocation for test systems to minimize downtime and ensure availability.
- Enhance tester capacity through effective resource management and optimization initiatives.
- Manage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation across multiple engineering projects.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics)
- 15+ years of experience in test engineering or validation roles
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- Familiar with test methodologies and quality systems
- Experience with test automation and modern toolchains
- Experience in recycling and defect management
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Nice-To-Have:
Good understanding of RF knowledge and instruments
