The role focuses on building strong corporate partnerships, creating employment opportunities, and ensuring successful placement outcomes for students across diverse academic programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate relations or business development, along with the ability to engage student and drive campus hiring initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, hiring managers, HR leaders, and industry partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify and onboard new companies for campus placements, internships, live projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Create placement opportunities across sectors by actively engaging with organizations and expanding the employer network.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Plan and execute campus recruitment activities, including pre\-placement talks, interviews, assessment drives, and placement events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build strategic partnerships with corporate, industry bodies, and professional organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Promote Inspiria\u2019s talent pool and academic strengths to prospective employers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Explore collaborations that enhance student employability and industry exposure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Represent the Institution at industry events, networking forums, career fairs, and corporate meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Work closely with academic departments to understand student profiles and placement readiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Guide students on the hiring processes, employer expectations, and career opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor placement progress and ensure students are matched with suitable opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track placement statistics and employment outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Analyze industry hiring trends and identify emerging opportunities for students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare regular reports and recommendations to strengthen placement performance and employer outreach.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
