Key Objective of this Role:

\u2022\tPlan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEvaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost\-effectiveness
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tManage end\-to\-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tNegotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMonitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tOversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tAnalyze cost structures and implement cost\-saving initiatives across warehouse operations
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tConduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tCoordinate cross\-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals
