Warehouse Operations
• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure smooth execution of customer-specific contract logistics requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time dispatch.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow processes.
Inventory Management
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP systems.
Team Management
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and shift teams.
• Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling based on operational volumes.
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and productivity improvements.
Customer & SLA Management
• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational commitments.
• Coordinate with customers for issue resolution, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive automation and digital adoption where applicable.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and conduct regular audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Prepare MIS reports on warehouse performance and productivity metrics.
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
