<\/span><\/p>We are now seeking an exceptional Managing Director, AMI Enterprise to scale this business unit into the premier provider of tech\-forward corporate learning and executive education for Africa\u2019s professionals.
<\/span><\/p>Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on AMI\u2019s Executive Leadership Team, the Managing Director will own the strategy, commercial growth, product positioning, and P&L responsibility for AMI Enterprise \u2014 building a true pan\-African learning powerhouse across both Anglophone and Francophone markets. AMI Enterprise is the newer of AMI's two operating units, with both drawing on world\-class central learning, product, technical and marketing teams.

<\/b><\/span><\/p>- Refine and execute the growth strategy for AMI Enterprise across Africa \- in line with overall business strategy
<\/li> - Position AMI Enterprise as the clear market leader in corporate learning and leadership development
<\/li> - Drive ambitious expansion plans, scaling across priority enterprise markets
<\/li><\/ul>Product & Market Offering
<\/b><\/span><\/p>- Partner closely with AMI\u2019s product and learning teams to continually evolve the enterprise portfolio
<\/li> - Lead pricing and positioning to meet the needs of diverse corporate and growth\-stage clients
<\/li> - Ensure AMI\u2019s offerings remain best\-in\-class, practical, and commercially compelling
