We are seeking a results\-driven Manual QA Engineer with 3\u20135\nyears of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance. The\ncandidate should have strong expertise in executing test scenarios, identifying\nand resolving defects, and ensuring high\-quality product releases. A keen\nattention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate\nwith cross\-functional teams are essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

• Perform\n functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple\n features and platforms.
  <\/li><\/ul>
  • Execute\n and validate API test cases using relevant tools.
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • Review\n and analyze requirements, user stories, and design documents, providing\n actionable feedback.
      <\/li><\/ul>
      • Create\n and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Identify,\n log, track, and retest defects until successful closure.
          <\/li><\/ul>
          • Collaborate\n closely with developers, product owners, and the Scrum team to ensure\n product quality.
            <\/li><\/ul>
            • Follow\n and enhance QA standards, processes, and best practices.
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Required Qualifications<\/b>
              <\/p>

              • 3\u20135\n years of proven experience in manual software testing.
                <\/li><\/ul>
                • Strong\n understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
                  <\/li><\/ul>
                  • Hands\-on\n experience with test case design techniques and defect tracking tools\n (Jira or similar).
                    <\/li><\/ul>
                    • Excellent\n analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
                      <\/li><\/ul>
                      • Ability\n to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
                        <\/li><\/ul>

                        Good\-to\-Have Skills<\/b>
                        <\/p>

                        • Experience\n or familiarity with IDaaS (Identity\-as\-a\-Service)
                          <\/li><\/ul>
                          • Exposure\n to IPaaS (Integration\-Platform\-as\-a\-Service)
                            <\/li><\/ul>
                            • Experience\n with SSO (Single Sign\-On)
                              <\/li><\/ul>
                              • Knowledge\n of IAM/ILM (Identity & Access Management / Identity Lifecycle\n Management)
