    Position Overview<\/span>

    We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Assembly Associates to join our growing production team in Tupelo, MS. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products, operating within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, excellent work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Day shift employees should be comfortable performing frequent heavy lifting, while night shift employees will focus more heavily on assembly and production\-related tasks.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities<\/span>
    <\/h2>

    • Assemble products and components according to production specifications and work instructions.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Perform manufacturing and assembly operations while maintaining quality standards.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality requirements.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Assist with material handling, movement of components, and general production support as needed.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.<\/span>

      Qualifications<\/span>
      <\/h2>

      • Previous manufacturing experience is required.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Assembly experience strongly preferred.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to work in a fast\-paced production environment.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span>

      • Day shift candidates must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift.<\/span>
