Manufacturing Engineer II

Responsibilities

  • New reconfiguration technical study and development to share with Global 3PL reconfiguration team member (EI Paso,KN,PTP)
  • Providing ongoing Reconfiguration-level problem-solving and troubleshooting guidance to support for reconfiguration at 3PL and maximum the revenue, especially for rush orders
  • Support 3PL reconfiguration lab transfer project, development of appropriate documentation (Layout, workstation set up, Trial run plan, Train run BOM, Material list, Equipment list, Expense material list, work instruction)
  • Definition of overall reconfiguration process flows, and development of appropriate documentation (OMS, BOM, routing) and process support for testing requirement
  • Driving the initial reconfiguration pilot builds, and resolving technical issues as they arise
  • Analysis reconfiguration possibility for excess inventory burn down
  • Support urgent sales order/opportunity reconfiguration possibility to meet customer requirements
  • Timely communication or support on customer complaint, provide reconfiguration technical support for assigned products (EI Paso,KN,PTP)
  • Mentor new coming and other 3PL technical lead or engineer on product and technical knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation control. Experience of electronics engineering is preferred.
  • Over 3 years work experience, experience in manufacturing process control is prefer.
  • Being active, creative, with good problem analysis and resolve capability.
  • Good team work, communication and cross function drive result.
  • Positive attitude in work, willing to learn and progress, strong practical ability.
  • Good English, oral, and written communications skills required

PSS verbiage

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
