Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)
- Collecting and integrating data from MES/SCADA and ERP systems.
- Analyzing production performance (OEE, yield, defects).
- Creating reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
- Supporting Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of documentation required for audits (internal/external).
- Define and update the layout in AutoCAD.
- Manage cycle time data base and improve constantly.
- Provides and realizes ongoing engineering support during NPI to ensure efficient manufacturing execution.
- Provides 2nd level support for technical manufacturing problems in series production.
- Together with the Industrial Project Manager, the Manufacturing/Process Engineer integrates requirements for production and supports logistics, testing and quality control.
- Ensures the “built in Quality” in the manufacturing process and optimizes continuously based on feedback from RMA and non conformances in close cooperation with the technical specialists.
- Applies lean principles in the design and realization of the production process.
- University – Bachelor's degree in engineering - electronics, electromechanics it is a plus
- Proven track record in a similar position
- English – Advanced / Intermediate
- MS Office Package
- SAP knowledge in this field of expertise
- Good communication and organization skills
