Primary Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operation of the lifting team and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Deliver team objectives in EHS, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
  • Manage lifting plans and Risk Assessments (RA), including preparation, approval, training, communication, implementation, and updates.
  • Optimize crane and lifting resource utilization to reduce waiting time and improve efficiency.
  • Take lead in EHS Framework lifting related element, drive employee safety accountabilities and promote a zero-harm working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with crane and lifting procedures, execute overall management of safety, quality, cost control, and onsite 5S.
  • Lead RCA for safety and quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
  • Develop a strong team with pipeline and employee multi-skill. Continuously improve team capabilities.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or above with basic proficiency in office software. Strong learning ability and good communication skills.
  • GE Level 4 Crane & Rigging qualification or above. Able to work independently and provide guidance to others.
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience. Proactive and able to motivate others.

· 负责行挂团队的日常管理运行,完成吊装计划和RA的制定、审批、培训、宣贯执行、更新、复训等工作。

· 协调行挂资源的合理运用,减少行挂等候时间,提升行挂工作效率。

· 承担EHS高风险元素职责,提高员工的安全参与度,确保团队成员零伤害的安全工作环境。

· 督促并帮助员工遵守行挂制度,实行全面的质量管理、安全管理、吊索具的成本控制和现场5S等。

· 负责团队的安全、质量问题RCA及相应的改进、跟踪和落实。

· 负责团队建设,提高员工多技能的发展,持续提升团队工作能力。

· 服从主管安排的其他工作。

Qualifications Required:

· 高职以上学历,有一定办公软件运用能力和较强的持续学习能力。

· 起重资质达到GE标准4级资质(包含)--具备岗位独立上岗资格且具备教导他人工作能力。

· 具有团队协作精神,良好的协调能力和沟通技能。

· 5年以上带领团队经验,积极进取,善于激励他人。
