Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily production to meet output targets and deadlines

  • Manage shift supervisors and production line staff

  • Monitor KPIs: efficiency, waste, downtime, and yield

  • Ensure food safety and GMP compliance

  • Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and QA teams

  • Lead continuous improvement (Lean/5S) to reduce costs

  • Prepare production reports and manage labor budgets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in food manufacturing / central kitchen, with 2+ years as manager

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Data-driven; comfortable with Excel and basic ERP
