Manufacturing Production Manager
At Prinsco, our production teams succeed because of strong leadership and clear expectations. We are looking for a Production Manager who leads with integrity, supports people, and takes ownership of safe, high quality manufacturing operations.
This role provides daily leadership on the production floor while partnering closely with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, and performance. The Production Manager plays a key role in developing teams, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement.

- Lead and support production operations on a daily basis
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members
- Promote safe work practices and quality standards
- Support production planning, scheduling, and performance goals
- Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and results
