In this role, you will be a key player in our Dr.G Operations team, ensuring a seamless flow of products from our vendors to our consumers. You will be responsible for developing robust production plans, managing supply operations, and building strong partnerships with our vendors to support the growth of our brands within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain monthly production plans and rolling 12-month forecasts, ensuring alignment with vendor capabilities and business demand
• Conduct demand deviation analysis and propose corrective actions
• Execute and monitor purchase orders in SAP to ensure timely delivery of finished goods
• Implement differentiated purchasing strategies based on product classification
• Conduct regular assessments of vendor capacity, identify potential risks, and secure production agreements
• Manage vendor performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor inventory levels and perform SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete) analysis
• Coordinate material management to minimize waste and liability
Requirements
• A background in supply and demand planning
• Experience with SAP ERP and data analysis tools (such as Excel or Power BI)
• The ability to evaluate mid-to-long-term production capacity against forecasts (RCCP)
• Proficiency in vendor management, including performance tracking and negotiation
• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to solve complex problems
