Job Description

We are partnering with a reputable shipping company to hire a Marine HR, Recruitment professional based in Singapore.

This role will focus on recruitment activities for seagoing personnel and support the company’s crewing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for seagoing personnel
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates for vessel positions
• Coordinate interviews and follow up closely with candidates
• Support onboarding and deployment process for crew members
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within the maritime industry
• Liaise closely with crewing team and internal stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment records and database
• Support recruitment initiatives and manpower planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment or crewing experience within the maritime/shipping industry
• Familiar with seafarers’ certification and maritime recruitment processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Resourceful, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
